ABSTRACT
No approach to the implementation of Lean Manufacturing can be duly successful without adequately addressing and revising the role and responsibilities of certain key players in the process. In addition, there has to be a well-thought out set of tactics that serve to support the effort. However, it all starts by establishing the proper frame of mind.
