In outsourced projects, one important goal of the service provider is to make a proˆt from the project. ¡ey keep a proˆt margin on top of estimated project costs. Accordingly, while doing resource planning, the project manager should plan it in such a way that costs of resource for the project do not impact the proˆt margins of the project.
