ABSTRACT
Drying is an important operation in agriculture because it is the cheapest, easiest, and most common method of preserving and storing perishable agricultural products. There are various methods and techniques available to dry fruits, grains, and other agricultural products. Each method has its own advantages and limitations. Dried products are becoming popular as these are a good alternative to freshly harvested products.
