ABSTRACT
Intellectual property crimes continue to be one of the most damaging in dollars of all types of cybercrimes. For our purposes, there are four types of intellectual property: patents, copyrights, trademarks, and service marks. In this chapter, we focus on copyrights, trademarks, and service marks, the most common types of intellectual property that are victimized by cybercrime.
