ABSTRACT
The entry presents an overview of the project management concepts in the context of a company pursuing supply chain improvement projects. Terms are defined including project, program, portfolio, phase, activity, and task. A standard work breakdown structure, with defined deliverables, for a supply chain improvement project is explained.
