ABSTRACT
There are nine Project Management Knowledge Areas described in the “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” from the Project Management Institute. Each knowledge area is supported by one or more project management processes. These processes are grouped into five groups. The entry describes each of the nine knowledge areas and their importance relative to the supply chain management knowledge area.
