The entry provides an overview of the Supply Chain Council's Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR) and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals' “Process Standards.” These resources provide comprehensive catalogs of supply chain processes for reference. They are designed to be “high level” generic models that users can employ in developing customized lower level processes that differentiate them from competitors.
