ABSTRACT
The entry describes the need for obtaining internal or external staff proficient in improving processes. The roles of the Black Belt (BB) and Master Black Belt (MBB) are explained. Also described are expected changes in the organization's culture including increased collaboration, a common language for improvement, and improved data‐based decision making.
