ABSTRACT
Order entry and order management impact everything that follows in a supply chain system. For that reason, proper attention be paid to assure that process steps and the output from the effort are integrated across the end‐to‐end supply chain. The entry contains a checklist that relates principles of good order management to proven management practices.
