ABSTRACT
Case study data is analyzed using statistical techniques. Most of the examples explain statistical approaches. The I-MR Chart display is used; it consists of two charts. (Individuals–Moving Range Charts) The first part of the chart–the “I” part–shows the individual data points, whereas the second part of the chart–the “MR” part–shows how much the data points vary per unit of time.
