As mankind has evolved from hunter gatherer to civilized Homo sapiens of this era, there has been steady change in his lifestyle including his occupation. The twenty-œrst century has witnessed transition from agriculture as main source of income to industry-based occupation. One of the booming industries of the modern era is the food industry particularly the food processing industry.
