ABSTRACT
In this appendix we summarize the notations accepted by the computer program MINIMAT. MINIMAT’s help file is fairly exhaustive and easy to use. Most of the features of MINIMAT were covered in Sections 1.8 and 2.9. This appendix supplements that material. It also provides page references to various portions of the text which discuss specific aspects of MINIMAT.
