ABSTRACT
Most of the operations that we have so far discussed process pixels by simply changing their color. In this chapter we will discuss operations that leave the color of a pixel intact but change the location of pixels. These operations are known as geometric operations since they affect change on the spatial structure, or geometry, of an image.
