ABSTRACT
In the previous chapters we constructed a strategy map. Preferably this would be done using a team of the organization’s leadership. Next we address what needs to be accomplished to successfully support the execution of the strategy map and to ensure that it continues as a relevant strategic planning document. In this chapter we will discuss the steps necessary to execute this map:
• Governance plan. Governance focuses on accountability and on keeping the strategy map in the forefront of all management’s efforts.
