Keeping Project Evaluation Documentation Organized When information is not raining in projects, it is snowing. —ere is literally a blizzard of content Project Team Members (PTMs) are required to track to ensure project success, e.g., risk assessments, earned value, and work packages. Selecting the right tools will make the work for PTMs easier. —ere are many good options to choose from. Some nifty Web-based applications, such as Google Docs, Basecamp, Dropbox, Dimdim, and Mindmeister support information management on the computer. Using PERK with these types of applications represents Business Practices (BP).
