ABSTRACT
Introduction Healthcare costs are definitely in the news as national healthcare expenditures continue to rise precipitously. While we can all debate whether the monies spent go into the provision of healthcare itself or into administrative overhead for paying for healthcare services, there is little controversy concerning the fact that healthcare costs are rising.
