ABSTRACT
This chapter is more of a continuation of the previous chapter. Whereas the previous chapter emphasized how database masking, file masking, and message queue masking patterns can be applied in different test environments based on the scope of the testing, in this chapter we look at how to design an anonymization solution for the flow of data from production to nonproduction environments along with a case study. To re-emphasize, once an application is live in production, all the nonproduction environments would need anonymized data.
