ABSTRACT
It has been just six weeks since my momentous meeting with GRI that started to give my quest at FinServia shape. In the meantime, I’ve been frantically busy designing our new organizations. Back in February, when Wes, Neville, Cornelia, and I talked through possible approaches to making change, I said that I was comfortable creating disruption, and that is certainly what the last six weeks have been about.
