Over the past few months, while Mary has been tearing her company apart and rebuilding it from scratch, I’ve been guiding my development group through a participative transformation process, using Lean and Agile ideas. –e spark came from Neville, when he suggested that we use the Agile scrum mechanism to drive the transformation itself.1
