ABSTRACT

In my mind, today marks a milestone for my tenure at FinServia-the end of the beginning (but I certainly hope not the beginning of the end!). –e last two months have been intensely internally focused. With a lot of help from my peers and my boss, Greg Allenby, I’ve assessed the situation, laid out a plan, and dealt with our top priority of rebuilding our own internal development capability. FinServia now has its own development group, and our attention is turning to delivery of so¡ware products. –e questions we are all seeking to answer today are: What can this new group accomplish? How should the business move ahead with product plans and commitments based on those expectations? And what will be the nature of the Marketing and Development partnership in delivering value to our customers?
