ABSTRACT

In my career so far, I’ve had two kinds of jobs: some were consuming, frustrating, and challenging; others were productive, comfortable, and friendly. My last two were in that order: the earlier, a frustrating two-anda-half year stint on the Cremins United project, the most recent a comfortable year leading the product development team in our Real Estate Services division. I wonder what’s wrong with me that I can only shortly endure a comfortable job before I want to try something new. My mother says I always need to be testing myself, and I suppose that’s true-at work, skiing, or even driving around San Diego.
