ABSTRACT
To make the main exposition as clear and simple as possible, none of these controversies, historical notes, epistemological debates, and tricky technical questions are discussed in the body of the book. We have made the didactic choice to develop all these questions in this chapter titled “FAQ and FAM” (“Frequently Asked Questions and Frequently Argued Matters”).
