ABSTRACT
Traditional methods of AC/AC converters have been introduced in Chapter 10. All those methods have some general drawbacks:
1. The output voltage is lower than the input voltage 2. The input-side THD is high 3. The output voltage frequency is lower than the input voltage frequency when
voltage regulation and cycloconversion methods are used.
