We have talked quite a bit about what is wrong with the way things are done and have expressed some radically different ideas, such as how you approach people and focus on value. At the end of the day, we are talking about a completely different approach to managing. It should come as no big surprise that management has to undergo some radical changes if the business is going to operate at radically higher levels.
