On this map, the darker the freeway link is shaded, the more severe the congestion is on that link. e darkest shaded links indicate a speed of less than 20 miles per hour. As this image illustrates, there is severe congestion on the ring road and on the roads entering the city. Conversely, the roads on the outskirts of the city are relatively clear, and from this information, we can deduce that this is probably a rush hour.
