For some, the most difficult task involved in research is writing the report. One reason is because writing is time consuming. It entails the preparation of an initial draft, revising and editing, and then revising again. Another reason is that a researcher’s writings must typically conform to a specific manuscript format associated with the field of study. This especially applies to students in academic institutions, and such requirements may create problems for a novice researcher who possesses little or no experience in writing an objective research report.
