ABSTRACT
Infection Prevention and Control Virulent strains of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and potent viruses can change a person’s life at the drop of a hat, thus emphasizing the need to invest in strong infection prevention practices. A dream perhaps, that prevention can positively influence the transmission of infections? We think not, as infection control and prevention practices when applied appropriately and continuously do work.
