ABSTRACT
A series of data sets have been created to help practitioners in the implementation of the methods described throughout the book. The basic procedures have been programmed in SAS c© and in R, and the results are shown in order to discuss practical application and the interpretation of results. The data sets can be obtained from the authors upon request.
