ABSTRACT
The essential feature of a semiconductor is that its types and resistivity or conductivity of designated areas can be modified by adding proper types and concentrations of dopant impurities. This means that the concentrations of dopant impurities-where to be added-and how to add are the major concerns when a semiconductor device is manufactured.
