ABSTRACT
A well designed POIPAT is a very objective tool. As such, if used properly, when the background information of any given POI is assessed, the total POIPAT score should be the same for that POI regardless of who did the assessment. Conversely, when developing the POIPAT, although there are some basic considerations, the weighting of each of the elements is a subjective process.
