ABSTRACT
Now that we have a fairly detailed overview of the investigations including two profile reports, we can begin developing the elements for the Jack the Ripper POIPAT. Under normal circumstances we would identify all of the potential elements and then weight them. However, in the interests of ease of explanation and flow, we will weight the elements as they are being identified.
