ABSTRACT
Th e Coalition’s membership totals more than 120 organizations. It includes a technical advisory committee comprised of scientists, business leaders, economists and other experts. Th e Coalition is co-coordinated by the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) of Washington, DC and the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) which facilitates HOW activities through NWF’s Great Lakes Natural Resources Center in Michigan.
