ABSTRACT

The validation of an analytical method is dened as checking the correctness of the method, detection of its limits and estimation, if the method is useful to the assumed task, and if it fullls the initial assumed requirements (Buick et al. 1990, Shah et al. 1991). Only fully validated method preserves correct analytic process and gives the results one may rely on. The validation is not only the statistical processing of the results-it is only a part of full validation (Cardone et al. 1990).
