ABSTRACT

On the other hand, if your company already has a well-integrated cross-functional culture, you may start off with a more complex crossfunctional project, but one that is not so large in scope as to frustrate or intimidate anyone. Then, when that is successful, you can try a full-scale, multidisciplinary, cross-functional productivity improvement project. Productivity does not need to be improved all at once. When people see some results, they may be more receptive to the changes necessary for further improvements.
