ABSTRACT
Large-scale integrated (LSI) circuits are typical examples of the application of photopolymers. Various electronic microdevices are produced by lithography of photopolymers. Photopolymers are applied widely in various fields, such as electronics, optical engineering, medical treatments, and painting and printing industries.
