ABSTRACT
So far we have been dealing with pure substances that consist of only one component. But the real world is a highly entropic place with chaos everywhere (just examine your own life!). Things tend spontaneously to get mixed up. In fact, everywhere we look we find mixtures: the air, a cup of coffee, blood, sweat, and tears, steel, your grandmother, your quiz marks.
