One of the main problems in the harvesting of this ap is an inconstant anatomy of the pedicle, but with the development of imaging techniques and especially computed tomography angiogram (angio-CT) also with 3D reconstruction, this ap has become a viable alternative to ALTF [16] (Figures 34.1 and 34.2).
