ABSTRACT
The discussion of power quality actually addresses the compatibility between the power delivered by the bus and the ability of the connected load equipment to perform as specified. Any gap in the compatibility between the two has two alternative solutions: (1) to clean up the bus power or (2) to make the equipment tougher to deliver full performance even with a poor-quality power input.
