ABSTRACT
There are several short topics that need to be a part of every designer’s vocabulary and/or tool kit. This chapter will consist of several topics that will broaden the reader’s expertise in several of these areas. These include such topics as learning from failure, design for X, product life issues, pokayoke, and so forth.
