ABSTRACT

Ken Meier has been a central figure in the study of public administration and public policy for three decades. His work has greatly contributed to the study of public administration and public policy. Meier has made significant contributions in the study of public administration through his focus on the quantity and quality, as well as the accessibility of his research, his career-long focus on the “outcomes-based” study of representative bureaucracy and more recent work on the relationship between public management and governance networking, and through his commitment providing quality mentoring to his graduate students.
