ABSTRACT
Decision making is a central managerial function in organizations. How decisions are made can determine the success or failure of management. The purpose of this entry, therefore, is to analyze various theories or models of decision making in administrative organizations. The models are the stage model, advocacy coalition model, rational model, bounded-rationality model, incremental model, mixed scanning, garbage can, and win–win analysis.
