ABSTRACT
The main objective of this chapter is to describe how a number of electrochemical techniques can be used in studying equilibrium electrochemical cells. Afew electrochemicalsensors will be discussed in this chapter. Both the physical design and electrochemistry of the sensors are covered. The problem of diffusion potential will also be presented. Acouple of examples of using equilibrium electrochemistry will be provided.
