ABSTRACT
One vendor selling various computer software packages advertises the following: “Fix Your Computer Errors in Minutes!” But just what does this company, or anyone else trying to assign blame to a defenseless machine, mean by the term computer error. This chapter is all about trying to identify the various problems that people label as computer errors. Further, we shall look at things you should know about how to minimize such problems.
