Ingredients 1 bnch, large spinach

5 ea. slices bacon

2/3 c. oil

2 T. vinegar

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 c. chopped green onions

1 c. chopped celery

3 ea. hard cooked eggs, grated

1/3 lb. shrimp (optional)

Method Chop spinach fine and refrigerate.
