ABSTRACT
Using a dough hook in the Hobart mixer, combine salt with flour.
At a slow speed add water.
Drizzle with water to keep moist if needed.
Cover and wrap with plastic.
Options: If you wish to color dough with natural spice colors:
• Green: dill
• Orange or red: paprika
• Brown: cinnamon, nutmeg
• Yellow: curry or turmeric
An alternate coloring method is to paint by hand or airbrush.
