ABSTRACT
Among the many interesting properties of biosurfactants, some are of particular interest and application in agriculture such as emulsication, foaming, dispersion, wetting, penetrating, thickening, microbial growth enhancement, antimicrobial, and metal sequestering properties (Figure 15.1). The following sections in this chapter will discuss the applications of biosurfactants in agriculture.
