ABSTRACT

The domain of growing complexity concerns the problems that can be seen in nature, industry and society and is considered very diffi cult.

This includes problems, for example genetic drugs design, environmental experiment organization and data analysis, cognitive architectures implementation, traffi c control and security, market evolution, balance in biosphere and so on. We tend to throw up our hands at these problems, thinking that they are just too complicated and that individually, on the basis of one point of view and one scientifi c discipline, we can’t make a difference.
