ABSTRACT

In a Nutshell: As organizations and information become more complex, it is no longer possible or sensible to rely on project teams or one person to make all the decisions. More and more, organizations achieve success through the behaviors and interactions of other people working together in some sort of facilitated-team-based environment. Understanding or influencing them by exerting hierarchical-type project power is becoming less common than by consultation and direct relationships. As a result, enabling people to interact better in a group through structured facilitated workshops repays enormous dividends in change management implementations.
