ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on a division of musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging-radiology specically for sports medicine providers. Before utilizing sports medicine imaging, the provider should combine knowledge of anatomy, clinical history, and physical exam to arrive at a specic diagnostic question. Ideally, radiologic imaging should conrm the provider’s pathoanatomic diagnosis and inuence medical management.8
