ABSTRACT
MCA provides one of the best ways to estimate the yield in a manufacturing run. Using MCA may avoid the necessity of an expensive manufacturing pilot run of a small number of circuit boards. Usc a high number of samples N given time and computer memory limitations. The statistics given in the higher samples will be more accurate and reliable. See "Confidence Intervals" in Part 3.
